It’s October and we all need some #HalloweenWritingPrompts in our life! @WendyJayneScott #RRBC #RWISA
Hello, Friends!
It’s October, the month of ghouls and goblins and all things spooky, but guess what…it’s also the best time to learn about writing about ghouls, goblins and all things spooky.
INTRODUCING:
“HALLOWEEN WRITING PROMPTS”
Blurb:
13 Spooky Writing Prompts to ignite your imagination.
Bats and cats, owls and howls, trick-or-treat, hosts and ghosts.
Kids, have fun this Halloween by creating spooky stories to scare your family and friends.
My recommendation:
I haven’t read this book yet, only peeked thru it, but, I have purchased my copy. It’s a short read (45 pages long) and as a new release, already has seven 5 star reviews. Now, typically, I wouldn’t even mention reviews as we know that not everyone even knows what reviewing is all about, but, since it’s this author, a very talented writer and also member of the exclusive RAVE WRITERS – INTERNATIONAL SOCIETY OF AUTHORS (RWISA), whom I am familiar with, I would say that those seven reviews are probably accurate.
I’m encouraging you today to run out and get your copy to share with your kids, your nieces and nephews, your students, if you’re a mind-molder (teacher) or even to enjoy on your own, a profound appreciation of good writing.
W. J. Scott knows how to spin tales, and now, she’s putting her own spin on teaching others how to do the same.
HAPPY HALLOWEENING, ALL!

What a great idea! My Grandson is getting right into the ‘Halloween’ mood, it has only been celebrated largely here in OZ for the past twenty-or-so years. This book is a sure way to help ignite his imagination!
