Hello, friends!
My day has been filled with fighting an awful headache and I know it’s due to my blood pressure being high. Not sure why. Before I even checked it, I knew where the headache was coming from. As I sit, and after my last read, it’s at 154/81. I am going to stay up and monitor it in the next hour, although I know I should be sleeping.
I have spent a great deal of the day worried about Ms. Shirley. Oh, I know she says she is OK, but, at this time, can we really be OK, when it’s so fresh?
So many people have been dying in the past week alone. This morning I learn that L. Loring from The Adams Family passed away from a massive stroke. I’m pretty sure that has contributed to my own high B/P – the stress of hearing that. I get a thought in my head, and my imagination runs with it.
After I take my last B/P read, if it’s going down, I’m going to rest my eyes and let sleep move me on into tomorrow.
What a boring post, Nonnie?
I know, but at least I still blogged something. And that’s what I committed to – blogging something for 30 days straight. I shared a day in my life. This was my day.
Tomorrow will be better. It’s the final day of the challenge!
You couldn’t even add an image to liven this joint up a bit for us today?
Nope. I didn’t have it in me. My head hurts, which is causing my eyes to hurt, sooooo, NO.
Until tomorrow…

Oh my dear Nonnie. I hope you got that blood pressure down. That is no joke. I will be fine with my family around me. So get some rest and relax and meditate.
Love you 💕

Hi Nonnie, this is distressing to read…I hope you’re feeling better! I’ve had my own issues with HBP, too – mostly due to stress. Please know that I’m thinking about you and will include you in my prayers tonight. Love you! ((Hugs))!

Headaches are brutal. I’m sorry you are fighting one. You need to take a day off and do nothing but things that make you smile. I hope tomorrow is a better day.

Dearest Nonnie, please do lie down and rest, or maybe meditate to soothing sounds. Bring that BP down, for heavens sake! Take care of you!!!!!!

Hi Nonnie, The reading you gave shows the lower level to be a little high,as that is when the heart is at rest. May I suggest a chat with your G.P. Also are you taking meds for your B.P.? When in hospital recently mine was 230/130 causing alarm for them and me.In the U.S. the levels the docs. like to keep your pressure according to age may be rather different to over here.
Have a rested day.

Good Morning, Nonnie,
It is 4:28 am your time, so I hope you are still sleeping.
I am not going to fuss. You and I do a tango every time I hear you have a severe headache because of high blood pressure. You need three days off. Okay, I hear you screaming, “No, Pat’s crazy!” So, I will meet you half way and say one day off. Whatever is sitting in your in box can wait until Thursday. Take the day off and rest, and that’s an order- 🙂
Take care of yourself, and I’m thinking about you.
Shalom aleichem

Sorry to hear about your headache being caused by high blood pressure. My daughter-in-law learned recently that her headaches the previous two years had been caused by high blood pressure, which she now treats with medication. Hopefully, you’ll feel better soon.
